I wanted to eat aubergine the other day, and created this recipe for the best pasta sauce ever :)

Tip: do not rush - cook the aubergine veeeery slowly with lots of love!

  6. Beautiful blog! And this recipe looks great-- have you ever tried the Francis Lam one? It's simpler but also turns out delicious eggplant-sauciness.
